DELSINKI & THE QUIET COACHMEN
SUNDAY AUGUST 18
3PM

Delsinki returns to the Pig & Whistle with his band ‘The Quiet Coachmen’ in August to promote their new single ‘Black & Faded Denim’.
This show promises to pack a big punch and bring you the feels plus new material and songs from his previous two albums.

Shape-shifting uncategorizable post-colonialist DELSINKI is gaining momentum as an artist and a creative force in his own right. His second album CITY/COUNTRY, (followed 2018’s “And There Was Found, No Place For Them”), debuted at #3 on the ARIA – Australian Country Music charts. It reflects Delsinki’s experiences, mixing with other songwriters and getting to the heart of a song. A musical and social bowerbird, Delsinki’s stylistic approach contains traces of Tim Winton and John Brack alongside his musical influences, giving him a unique artistic vision of contemporary Australian life.

BRIAN CADD
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 1ST
DOORS @ 2.30PM

Brian Cadd, Australian country-rock pioneer, reflects on his musical journey with the impending release of his latest album, “Dream Train.” Having been part of Axiom, Australia’s first country-rock supergroup, and achieving solo success with the country classic ‘Let Go,’ covered by over 60 artists globally, Brian’s path led him to Nashville and membership in The Flying Burrito Brothers.
“Dream Train,” set for release on April 5, marks somewhat of a departure for Brian, who admits it took him decades to embrace making a country album. Despite years of crafting country and country-rock songs, he remained confined to his rock persona until this transformative project.
The album’s lead single, ‘You Know What To Say,’ mirrors the sentiment of his iconic hit ‘Let Go.’ Brian views “Dream Train” as a liberating experience, allowing him to break free from his established musical identity.
This album, his first since 2019’s acclaimed Americana record “Silver City,” is a testament to Brian’s enduring songwriting prowess. With hits like ‘Ginger Man,’ Little Ray Of Sunshine,’ and contributions to classics in the Great Australian Songbook, Brian has left an indelible mark on the music scene. Recognized by industry giants and inducted into prestigious halls of fame, Brian Cadd’s passion for performing is unwavering, eagerly anticipating the chance to bring his new songs to life on stage
